I recently experienced what it is like to have help from not only an auto repair service but as a business that treats their customer like family. I was broken down and my tow service was backed up and could not guarantee me a tow for 24 hours and here I was stranded, single mom of two kids in the middle of the night. I was referred to the auto service by a friend. It was close to 730pm when I called them completely frustrated and help exhausted. The owner Annabell answered, she was there late doing paperwork. She put me at ease right away and assured me that everything would be ok. Her shop was closed but she made some phonecalls and got me a tow to get my truck there that night, one of her mechanics came back to open the gates to her shop, she had also made calls and got me a rental car from another shop to use to get to work and pick my kids up the next day. While my truck was being serviced there she would call and update me every few hours on the progess and anything she quoted me in parts that was even five dollars or so over she would call so that I was on the up and up and have me make the decisions of what I wanted to do or not. My truck was repaired and I was able to get off work on time and go drop the rental at her shop and pick up my truck. The repairs were not only done timely but the service and prices of labor were honest and very affordable. You just don't get service like I received anywhere. She treated me like family, never of meeting me prior. I am grateful to have found a business that believes in old fashioned values and customer service. I highly recommend MATA auto to all. It is more than I could ask for in an auto shop and I consider them now my friends.
