Stay away, this place is horrible! The service manager is a complete ass. He has no idea how to run a shop. Even the most common repairs takes weeks (4-6 wks average). When mistakes are made, and they will make mistakes, the service manager will lie to your face and give you an attitude the entire time. The general manager, Eric, is just as bad if not worse. This place has completely gone into the toilet since he has taken over. How he has not been fired is beyond me, the owners must be even more clueless than their employees! I have witnesses employees using aerosol cans as blow torches chasing each other around the sales floor while the fire marshall was doing a fire/safety inspection!!!! Complete unprofessionals all the way around. There is a reason Toro quit doing business with them as well as most lawn/landscaping professionals, such as myself. Stay away from these clowns.
BTW...anyone writing positive reviews about this place on this website are obviously owners and/or employees and/or friends of the owners & employees. Ten years as a landscaping professional, I have never heard a positive comment about this place unless it was intended as a JOKE! Do I need to say more?
