After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. These guys can't fix anything right. I brought in a Ryobi weed eater to fix because it wouldn't start.\r \r They took three weeks and then called me and told me my weed eater was fixed.\r \r I picked it up and paid $39.00 for the repair.\r \r When I got home it didn't work. So I brought it back and told them that it won't start. Another three weeks later they called me and told me it was fixed. I had to pay another $15.00 for service charge.\r \r When I got home I had the same problem.\r \r So once again I returned it for repair.\r \r Two weeks later I went to pick up my weed eater and the guy told me that it needed parts that were no longer available.\r \r So now I'm out $54.00 and I can't use my weed eater.\r \r If they tried to fix it the first time, they would have found the problem and realized that it was not repairable.\r \r I asked for my money back since they took 8 weeks and did not fix the weed eater. \r \r I was told that I was not entitled to a refund because they had to put parts into the weed eater.\r \r I told them to keep the weed eater for parts and give me my money back. \r At this point the guy basically told me to get lost. \r \r I will never go to this place again. They ripped me off.
