D Kearsley Service Center was recommended to me several years ago and I've used them ever since. They've done small swamp cooler repairs and more recently are helping me keep the old thing going for a few more years and they're the place I'll go when it's time for a replacement. I was actually up on the roof with one of their technicians a couple years ago - he was a young guy - maybe 19 at the most and I was really impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and creative problem solving. He wasn't giving me one option he really thought through the possibilities and explained them well. He was a more professional and thorough technician than some twice his age and it's been my experience that all the people at D Kearsley's are like that. They've happily and knowledgably talked to me about different options, and possibilities and they're not at all pushy. They've recently started doing plumbing work and were able to save the day by coming out same-day on a Friday afternoon to check a leak so we didn't have to deal with it over the weekend. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend.\r

P.S.: Seems D Kearsley's first name is an 'inappropriate word' so I had to shorten it.
Pros: Pleasant, knowledgable, professional, reliable - I've never needed them to come back on a repair
Cons: I think they're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
