Their service is horrible. We bought 2 bikes. Part of the deal was they would deliver the bikes to our home. After the purchase they dumped one of the bikes off of a trailer onto its head (side) breaking/scratching everything on one side of the bike. This was about a 4 foot fall onto asphalt. They offered to fix it up - but refused to replace it with another bike - which they did have available to them. I told them to take their bike back and went to Heber city to get a new bike of the same model. We needed to get geared up to ride - they had to order in our helmets and 1 set of gloves as they didn't have our sizes. I didn't even try to find jackets.
Pros: Close to my home
