Review content:
I thought this place looked nice, in a ritzy location. So I went down to give it a try, what can I say, it was the worst hair cut of my life. I had to basically wear a paper bag over my head for a few days before I could go somewhere else and get it fixed. \r \r I brought in a picture and gave her the specifics on what I wanted, then she like threw everything I told her out the window and gave me some awful cut she made up out of no where. It was not even close to what I asked for, and she hacked it so much there was no way I could get it adjusted to be what I originally wanted. Its not like she didn't have a lot to work with, she cut off ten inches. I went somewhere else and got it fixed and it was half the price of going to Von Curtis. I wish I would have known beforehand so I could have saved my money, and foregone the emotional hair trauma. \r \r The day after I got it cut at Von Curtis I gave them a call, I asked to speak to their manager or supervisor about my experience because I was upset. The girl there said she was not in at the time and that she would have her give me a call back, no one ever called me back.
