I found AGeek@TheWheel.US, also known as Mark Jenkins, because I needed someone to come to my house and make hard-wired Ethernet connections to several rooms in my house. I found over 100 reviews that were so strongly positive that I had no doubt that he was the right guy.
I spoke with Mark by phone to explain what I needed, which he understood even better than I did (and I'm pretty technical). We used email to set up an appointment and he was right on time.
Although he was working by the hour, he moved quickly up and down three flights of stairs (!) again and again as he did his work.
His work was flawless: everything looks perfect and works perfectly. He rearranged the wires in my cable cabinet so that everything looks neat, and he carefully marked all the cables he added.
He also hooked up a television in our guest room, and he installed a new splitter with plenty of open connectors for additional rooms.
He spent four hours, but it would have taken me all weekend and I still wouldn't have gotten things right. I feel very fortunate to have found Mark and recommend him without reservation.
