I must be a glutton for punishment. My husband and I live very close to this restaurant so we have been there about 10 times because of the convienence. Each time our visit is awful and we have finally learned our lesson. The biggest problem is the customer service. We ALWAYS have trouble getting service, from our initial waiter visit to waiting for our check. In addition the food just isn't that great so it's just not worth it. We always feel that our waiter has very little time for us and would rather be somewhere else. In addition if we don't order an entree and ask for the ""create-your-own-pasta"" menu the waiter invariable sighs and acts annoyed! In short we have never had a favorable experience there and are finally boycotting for good.
Pros: Good appetizers and drinks, pleasant surroundings
Cons: Service is poor and slow, food quality is dissapointing
