Let me start off with the positives of the salon which were the decor and the friendly environment. I was there for a full set of highlights and a trim on my haircut. The highlights were done wonderfully and just what I had asked for but then the haircut came and it became an unrepairable MISTAKE. I asked for a trim on my cut and explained that it involved the technique called ""undercutting"" so that the top layer just looks like a blunt cut but underneath all the layers are hidden thus thinning my thick hair. What I received was nothing like this and it honestly looks like my hair was attacked with a weed wacker. The sides are not even and in the back my hair is stacked which I absolutly hate it looks ridiculous on me. In the front I was robbed of 3 1/2 inches of my hair when remember I had just asked for a trim! Now in my opinion the girl that did my hair was not well versed enough to know what undercutting was and if that was the case I would have rather she let me know this then assault my hair like she did. I spent the entire night crying. I honestly can't even look in the mirror right now because it upsets me so much (I am not generally such a vain person but this was out of control). I now look like a boy with this unflattering and poorly done cut. After I left I called the salon to speak with the manager and he was very sympathetic and helpful and had me come back in, but sadly there is nothing that can magically grow my hair back out. They did refund my money and were apologetic of the mistake which I appreciated. However I am going to have to wear a scarf or hat for the next few months till it grows out. In short I would not risk getting your hair done here.
