I love my cut.. but, every time I get a highlight here... I feel like its not close enough to my root. So, I go home looking like I have ROOTS when I just paid 75 bucks to get them taken care of. Also, I showed up on-time for my appt. Sat there watching the girl finish with her appt before me. Then she disappeared and left me sitting in the lobby for 22 minutes before she took me back to start on my hair. Ugg... I will not be coming back here.
