We hired Top Ranked Movers on the advice of a friend. I would not recommend their service to my worst enemy. We had a move scheduled for 8 am on a Saturday. Melissa, who by the way may be the most unprofessional customer service rep I have ever spoke to, called me the morning of the move and said her guys were running behind and would be at my home around noon. I said that was not a problem and waiting until noon. At 1 PM I receive a phone call from Melissa again telling me her guys were still running a bit behind and would be another 3 hours. So my 8 am move was now moved to 4 PM. Well the saga continues at 4 PM the infamous Melissa, or Missy as she calls herself, called me to let me know she had turned our move over to another company and they would be contacting me. Needless to say the ""new company"" called and finally came to my house at 6:30 PM and moved all of our stuff to our new house by midnight. During that time I had called Melissa to let her know that not all of our belongings fit in the new companies truck and they would have to make 2 trips and she needed to make sure that was paid for by her company as I was not going to be responsible for that extra time. She did not like that and basically hung up on me. She is the most rude and inconsiderate person I have ever spoken to and she had the audacity to hang up on me!!!! She will hear from me again as she doesn't realize who she was treating badly!!
