I've been to many beauty supplies in the Houston and Austin area, and most of them are pretty much the same -- where the sales associates are rude, unfriendly, and just wanting you to buy something and leave. This particular one is by far the nicest and friendliest beauty supply I've been to. They let you browse as you please, without constantly staring at you to see if you're stealing. The staff is very helpful as well, and surprisingly, the male sales associates know a lot about African-American beauty products. If you're an African-American woman and you need advice or help with hair or products, they are very willing to assist you and will give you their honest opinion. \r

If you know about Remi hair, you know how it's very expensive, and that a lot of beauty supplies will aggressively try to sell it to you, even if you don't necessarily need it. This beauty supply doesn't try to take your money by only showing you Remi so that you will buy it. They will tell you truthfully if they think it's worth it for you to use it or not, based on how long you're going to have it in and the methods that you're going to use. \r

There are also a lot of accessories for 99 cents! \r

I was so pleased and satisfied with this beauty supply, that I've been a faithful customer for 3 years! It's so hard to find a beauty supply that will cater to your needs, but thank goodness I finally found one. \r
Pros: very friendly and helpful service, they don't overprice their items, very knowledable
