Highly Unprofessional: We purchased our kitchen and bathroom countertops from EID. After the initial installation we had a few issues that needed to be resolved. We always encountered resistance from EID and never once was there a customer first spirit shown. One of our other subs stepped up and resolved the first issue for us in a very gracious manner. The second issue that we needed help with was addressed by the owner of EID personally. This is how he deals with customers: defensive approach, name calling, yelling, and finally hanging up on us (2 times). The total amount of time that we had with EID on the phone, before and after installation, was no more than a total of thirty minutes. If you spend thousands of dollars with a contractor, some dialogue is to be expected. It never ceases to amaze me how people who call themselves professionals can act in this manner. His behavior completely caught us off guard and was inexcusable.
