After a couple of years of buying the Mort's Favorite sundae, I thought a mistake had been made when opening my ""to go"" order of two of these at home and discovering they were half the size they should of been....I called the Knox street store and the guy who answered informed me he didn't know what I was talking about, the size had not changed and then offered no further suggestions, like bring it back, etc...I asked to speak to the manager and she rudely informs me they discovered they were putting too much custard in 16 oz cups and now were using 12 oz cups (in reality probably 8 oz cups) and in order to not to raise prices were now giving a smaller size. When I said that by not informing the customer they were now getting less or giving the option of paying more for different size and that this is not a good way to do business, she hung up on me. I will never go back to Wild About Harry's because this is not only lousy customer service but is a dishonest way to do business. The current staff is definitely not the same friendly staff from years past. Especially the rude manager.
