Review content:
I had a problem with a Sthl blower/vac that I purchased new at Plano Power Equipment. Unit was out of warranty, so I went to Stihl to get resolution. Stihl issued an out of warranty approval for repair, but unit was not repaired to my satisfaction. I spoke IN PERSON to Brent, the manager at Plano Power and got his verbal agreement for a resolution to the problem that involved Plano Power taking my unit as trade in for a new model, plus Stihl offsetting part of the cost of the new unit. After I left Plano Power to talk to Stihl to get their agreement to my proposal, Stihl agreed, but then Brent at Plano Power decided that he would not honor the verbal agreement that he made with me while I was at the store. I got Stihl to get Brent on the phone and finally got a resolution to the problem, but is is clear from this transaction that Brent and/or Plano Power Equipment will not honor their agreements. People who do not honor agreements/commitments are as useless as warm spit to me and I will not reward such behavior with more business
