Review content:
I was unfortunately transferred to this pharmacy because the local Jobe's Pharmacy closed. Every since I have been a customer at CVS it has been one hassle after another. They have given me generic when I did not request it, and I had to have it refilled because I did not want the generic. My refill count has been off repeatedly. I had to stand my ground and be firm when telling them I would not go back to my doctor for a new refill because THEY tried to sell me generic. When they finally complied with my request the person I was speaking with behaved as though this was MY fault and I was wrong for causing THEIR inconvenience. All in all I would give them a D- rating, and when I finish my current business with them I intend to go elsewhere.
Pros: Convenient location for surrounding area
Cons: Have to stand your ground to communicate when a mistake is made
