Review content:
I bought 2 pallets of rock and was told they were both 3x6, note that the pallets were not beside each other. When they stone was delivered, it was obvious that one pallet was 3x6, while the other pallet is at least 4x6 (the stones range from 3.5 to 4.5"" -- avg is 4"") -- I called and Ross (he was very, very nice) said the owner would call me back. The owner was extremely hostile and condescending -- he asked me if he should fire Ross b/c Ross caused the problem -- I told him that Ross didn't cause the problem, he himself did b/c he was rude and not helpful...nothing like a 15 minute conversation with someone who can't take personal responsibility -- I will never do business with this company again. Jeff has himself to thank. Cons: Rude, Condescending, Hostile,
