I moved to this area over a year ago and found Sundance right away. I had lived in a town where yoga was offered but not at an actual studio. The first time I entered the studio for a class, I was hooked.\r
\r
Practicing yoga at Sundance has taken my yoga to a new level. It is so much more than just a physical, stress-relieving practice. The Sundance environment - the space, teachers, energy - makes for a much more spiritual practice with other participants of like mind, body and spirit.\r
\r
I also love that the studio offers a wide selection of retail products .. wonderful yoga clothing for men and women, a large CD collection, books, mats and cushions.\r
\r
Sundance is my yoga sanctuary and community.
