I have to say, I was VERY impressed with the thoroughness of the house inspection. I am a first time home buyer and everything can be very overwhelming when buying a house and getting to know the ins and outs of it all. My inspector went through and had me follow him everywhere throughout the inspection and pointed out everything that concerned him. The report came in a binder with summary and detailed explanations for things that needed attention. The inspector was extremely friendly. I didn't feel like I was asking ""stupid"" questions. The price was extremely reasonable considering all of the time involved.
