Limited menu, limited specials, everything fair....\r \r When a special says ""gambas"", that means more than 1 shrimp. We ordered a special of ""gambas & pesce"". There were two small pieces of swordfish and 1 shrimp. The fish was very nice, the 1 shrimp was overgrilled. The so-called saffron rice it was served over, was like something out of a can.\r \r In fact, we had a ""canalon atun"" which was tuna salad wrapped in a ""pasta"". It was bland.\r \r I ordered a house salad, and I think someone ran out to Costco for the ingredients, and the dressing tasted like Ken's Walnut raspberry Lite.\r \r The bread was nearly stale (crust was rubbery).\r \r We also shared the ""delicias andaluzas"" which are dates wrapped in bacon, broiled and served in a roasted red pepper sauce. The dates were tiny compared to elsewhere and frankly the sauce was too sweet and hinted of tomato.\r \r My wife had a mojito, which was ""ok"".\r \r The best dish was the gazpacho (which is pureed), but the server came with a tray of garnishes that he spilled all over the place.\r \r I had an Alhambra Negra (dark) which was fine.\r \r I am totally unimpressed and we will stick with our favorite tapas place which is so far superior it's not funny: Tapas Gitana in Northfield.
