Review content:
I needed a basic hair trim so I decided to try to save some money and headed here for the first time. My stylist (Silvia?) never asked if I wanted my hair washed- I had to request it. She then asked if I had layers in my hair, I do and told her this. Though she only trimmed my bottom layer. I also got an upper lip wax. Now, I'm not a waxing expert, but the hair wasn't coming off after multiple tries and I noticed her pulling the wax paper in the direction the hair grows (not against the grain). Needless to say, I said nevermind it's good enough because my lip was turning red. Lastly, you're supposed to get a free service if they don't offer any tips/suggestions for hair products. Which never happened! \r

I basically gave 2 stars because I wasn't completely botched. \r
