I purchased a 2005 Jeep Cherokee from Bourne?s in January. Prior to that, I spent almost a year trying to decide what I wanted for my next car. I went into Bourne?s with a few different options in mind & Mike in sales was very knowledgeable in helping me to make an informed decision. Once I decided I wanted a Jeep he also helped me decide if I wanted the new or old body style. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so Mike had the guy responsible for purchasing look for my color choices. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to find what I wanted. They gave me a very fair value for my trade in and I financed through them. I was very pleased with the ease of the entire process. Working with Mike was a pleasure. He was professional, informed, and made an actual effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Since buying the Jeep, when I have asked for a service appointment Mike in service has asked me when I want to bring in my car instead of just assigning me a day. In both sales and services Bourne?s is the friendliest, service oriented dealer I have dealt with.
