Review content:
I had minor crowding and was told I only needed braces, at most, 13 months. Estimated time really did not bother me, as I wanted to have my teeth as perfect as possible. Well it did take longer then estimated, but instead of making sure the job was well done the Dr. was ready to take them off. Without communication my braces were removed and when I asked about several teeth still being slightly crooked I was told the retainer would straighten them out. I trusted that answer but after a year of wearing my retainer religiously I voiced my concern about my still not so straight teeth. GUESS WHAT? Braces again for 7 more months! I would have been fine with that except that for the second time there was no communication when they decided to remove my braces. FOR THE SECOND TIME MY TEETH WERE STILL NOT 100% ALIGNED. I am not happy so I am currently doing my research this time (in Miami) to make sure that I get proper and COMPLETE treatment. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and find a personable more qualified orthodontist.
