Review content:
I recently had this company come and clean my carpet. After they left, I still was able to see very noticable wear patterns and darker areas in the high traffic zones. I even noticed a stain that i hadn't noticed before the carpet was cleaned. I went over the entire house with an Oreck Rinse-a-matic that I borrowed from a family member after Stephson cleaned the carpets. Even time I emptied the container, the water was black. I pulled up hair, rocks, and lots of dirt with my Oreck. Fortunately, I was able to removed the stain that had surfaced and alot of the wear patterns that they failed to remove. WIll not use the this company again.
