We have shopped in many countries and never had such an unpleasant experience. The owner insults the customers, talks negatively behind their back or says they are stupid, etc., when they leave. She even told one customer she was stupid to her face. If you want to pay a lot of money to be insulted and badly treated, go to Gail's Lampshade Emporium which has now moved to 413 S Pinellas Ave In Tarpon.\r

Don't go to Gail, buy a new lamp. You'll be much happier. We spent over $700 and she never said thank you and insulted us in the process.
