Review content:
Is there any way to rate below 1 star? We bought a heavy duty Dodge pick up in July and are still getting the run around. Phone calls & e-mails are never returned. The truck was damaged (tail gate & bumper) during transit, but we were assured that this would be taken care of. Here we are, about to start the month of October...it still has not been handled. We were also promised a spray in bed liner. Due to the fact that we live outside of Houston, we were told to get estimates for the liner here. Those estimates were e-mailed to the sales person, then to the sales manager, and finally to the general manager several times...finally we we received a check this week (it is the end of September), only because we finally went to ""the 2nd in charge"". Lisa seems to be on her game and can actually get something accomplished around there. I believe if you spend $60,000 on a vehicle (or any amount for that matter) that the things promised to the customer should actually be followed through on IN A TIMELY MANNER. I can tell you, I will NEVER do any business with this dealership again.
