I love this place. The food is delicious. It has an idiosyncratic Austin feel. For example, they wrap their silverware in sealed wax-paper sleeves and the waitstaff is virile and youngish, attentive college types. Chips are light, not greasy, and you have a choice of salsas. I love the fresh cut salsa made with tiny bits of tomato, jalapeno, onion, etc. It's delicious and tastes fresh, organic. Ask for the ""Boom Boom"" sauce (it's a delicious cheesy dip used in some of their entrees). \r \r I always order the veggie enchiladas. Spanish rice is very good. \r \r This is great Tex-Mex food with an organic Austin nuance. Great margaritas. The patio is small, but if you chance to get there on a breezy evening, it's worth waiting to sit outside. Pros: Reliable Tex-Mex with a flair that will appeal to new or unfamiliar palates also Cons: Can get crowded, uncomfortable wait area
