Review content:
I went to Eyemasters because I needed affordable lenses fast, as I was suddenly needing to drive to Dallas and had broken my glasses. My optometrist (not the one at their store) messed up my new prescription in one eye. So... when my glasses were ready at the end of the day, something just didn't feel right. I am a bit irked at the optician (I didn't catch her name) who initially helped me. I told her something was wrong the moment I put them on, but she sort of brushed me off and told me my eyes would adjust. By the end of the night I had a horrible migraine and had discovered a small crack in the lens that was wrong. The next morning I went directly to my doctor, and the prescription error was discovered and corrected. The next stop was Eyemasters, who had a new (non-cracked) lens in my frames within one hour. Thanks to their swift and griefless exchange of the flawed lens, I can say that I am definitely satisfied with the outcome. They handled my return well, especially given how upset I was. Be cautious if the glasses don't feel right immediately, trust your gut and go straight back to your doctor and have them check the lenses! Otherwise, I would recommend this location for their quick service and hassle free returns.
