Review content:
I am usually never one to complain nor take things to heart so easily, but I had recently gone to the Lakeline Mall Eyemasters store and was ""helped"" by a lady by the name of Gina. \r
\r
I originally came into the store, looked around for a bit while the other employees were helping other customers, no big deal. This lady was on the cell phone for about 15 minutes(obviously talking to friends or family) and even though I was the only unattended customer, still no help. I waited around some more, and she had finally come to ask me if I needed any help. She asked me to wait shortly after and said she was going to be right back. I waited probably another 15 minutes or so, and even got asked by the other employees(the other employees are really nice, no problems there) if I needed any help. I told them that I was waiting on her since she was handling my paperwork and such. She finally comes back to help, and then tries to rush me through the paperwork process, which I wasn't very pleased about. She was very rude and short with me pretty much the whole time, and it turns out that she is actually the MANAGER of this location. After I had taken enough of nearly being rushed out of the store, I told her not to bother, and that I would go to the Barton Creek location instead. \r
\r
I found this very hard to believe, and wondered how this lady actually holds a manager title at this location with an attitude like that. It really made me wonder if she is like this with all customers, and even her own employees, which seemed much nicer and competent than her. \r
\r
This is the only time Eyemasters has let me down, and I will continue to let friends know to be weary of this location due to Gina's attitude. It is really sad when one person can ruin an persons experience like this. I hope anyone who reads this will save themselves some time next time they want to get glasses/contacts.
Pros: Good selection, and friendly employees minus the one person listed in cons
Cons: The lead manager by the name of ""Gina""
