Went to Meranto in the 80's with diet problems. Wife still won't eat chicken skin! Or even pizza but once a month...if that! Then again in the 90's from N. Ca. when her father died and she was having sudden outbursts of tears at work. That worked too. It also teaches YOU how to go to sleep faster and with MUCH less stress. I'm a firm believer of hypnosis, having also dabbed into it when I was young, and recently on a cruise ship watching my wife in an audience environment. Meranto and family used to have an Out-Service that sent hundreds of questions for a set amount and they'd send a dozen tape-recorded sessions to FIX what your questionnaire indicated. I'm sure the tapes are gone now, so probably faster and cheaper to create them. My wife didn't believe in it, but it worked really well. Funny thing about your subconscious, it seems to ALWAYS want to be in control... refusing to allow you to believe what you've already seen. Probably a tape for that too! lol
