Started out with a good impression on the company. Once they started the work I couldn't get a hold of anyone to let them know they were not doing what they had promised and what I had asked. Only phone call I received was for the money at the end of the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to a person I didn't like. Product has now started to fail and I am having to pay Sundek, a reputable company to come back because I can't seem to get a hold of this company once again. I was scared using a company that has only been around 2 years and I paid the price for not going with my gut. This investment in my house now cost me double the cost I had allowed for. It is now perfect no thanks to Kool Cote.
