I am a property owner down in the Gables and needed to get one of my properties appraised in a week! Time was definitely against me until I found Able Trash & Hauling from Google/CitySearch. Robert came by and gave a proper estimate based on the amount of junk that was left behind by the previous tenants. Turns out Able Trash is well equipped with enough manpower to clear out a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a matter of hours!! The house was appraised on schedule and was sold the week after. I can't thank Robert enough for his help. Thanks again, guys. I only call Able Trash & Hauling for any of future house/apt. clear-outs!
