I received three bids to have a patio cover built. Kenneth's bid fell in the middle of the three. I couldn't decided if I wanted to do a free standing structure or one attached to the house. He was thorough in his explanation of how he would build both, what the City requirements were, and priced out both options. The other two bids I received didn't appear to be too familiar with McKinney requirements, one even suggested building it without the permit to save a little dough and bypass the City requirements. After thumbing through his portfolio binder he brought to my appointment and nitpicking his website I decided to go with him. He gave me a plan and a price, and didn't stray away from it. I didn't have any surprise add-on costs. I watched him and his crew do alot of the work. He is hands on and was a pleasure to work with. We are completely happy with the final product. His attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Kenneth.
