Approximately 11/09 I had Kenneth give me an estimate to do my patio. At the conclusion of our meeting I asked him for some references. As soon as I asked Kenneth for some references he began to act very strange but said he would email me over some reference the very next day. I waited for about a week but still no email from Kenneth. I then tried to call and email Kenneth but I never received a single call or email back.
I then posted a review o Decked out by Kenneth on yahoo stating that Kenneth refused to send me any references and never returned calls. I then started receiving long ranting emails from Kenneth accusing me of trying to ruin his business. I had to ask him to stop emailing and stalking me. On the Yahoo review site Kenneth has been having his own employees namely ""Lillybue"" who said the following:
""Cyrus, Hi unfortunately it was actually me, Lilly who was logged in on Kenneth's email when I wrote that post. I am his marketing/web developer person - I was logged into his account checking requests. My apologies Kenneth.
I just want to say one thing, I've know Kenneth for over 5 years now, he's great to work with and I can honestly tell you, all the photos on his website which I am in charge of posting are all his work, you can even see him in some of the photos in the reflection of the windows.
I'm really sorry you feel this way about him, those I have referred to him have nothing but good things to say about him and his work.

She gave Kenneth a 5 star rating and was trying to appear to be a reviewer and not an employee. Go to the Yahoo review site of Decked out by Kenneth and you will see what Kenneth's shills have been doing. Read why Lillybue had to admit to being the poster of that false and misleading review.
The only thing Kennith's shills cannot fix is Kenneth's B rating with the BBB.
