The staff is always very helpful. so much that you can't believe that there is anything that they love more than helping you find the right product for your pet. i had to return a doggie cage several times to find the right one, and never had a problem. the same girl was always at the register, and she was very courteous. i will be a lifelong customer if you continue the way things are going now.
