I went to the Matador Cantina for dinner after reading the great review they received in the OC Register. I wasn't expecting much more than a decent dinner in Down Town Fullerton. \r
However, I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was fantastic and the service was friendly and professional. \r
The food tasted fresh and homemade. I had the tres enchiladas and they were great. For dessert I had the homemade carrot cake and it was probably the best i have ever had. The Matador offered a unique spin to traditional mexican cuisine. \r
Did I mention the drink menu.. They offer fresh squeezed cocktails to order.. Probably one of the overall best food experiences i have had in Fullerton.
Pros: Great Enchiladas and Guacamole & Amazing Drink Menu!
Cons: Not Many
