Really, when you call and hear their rates you wonder if you are going to get a decent job done. They are just too cheap.
If you see their shop, you understand that you are paying for the service and not fancy surroundings. The shop is really basic and just enough to do the job properly.
I strongly suspect as their reputation grows so will their prices. I think eventually they will move to a new location better suited for higher levels of traffic and perhaps a wee bit nicer looking.
I've taken my dog Suzy to them many times. I use to do her grooming myself as I did not trust most of the groomers in NorthEast El Paso. I am very satisfied with their understand of dog behaviors and the look of my dog after the grooming.
Pros: Gentle grooming for your pets.
