I took my RV there for repairs through my insurance company. After quoting me 2 weeks for repairs, the repairs were finally ""done"" after just over 3 months. At that time, my recently purchased 32"" flat screen LCD TV was missing. They claimed that it wasn't there when I dropped it off. I have pictures showing it there, and I installed it using epoxy on the base to keep it from falling. They also informed me when I went to pick it up that even though I had already paid my deductable, I still owed them roughly $1,300 for repairs the neither me or my insurance company authorized. There is no governing body that monitors RV repairs. I went to talk to a lawer and I was then informed that my only option was to pay it, and then sue them for what I paid them to get my RV back. \r On another note, this business is on a dirt parking lot behind some double-wide houses, and they share the dirt lot with a trucking company. So again, if you want to be ripped off (literally) and want to have dust everywhere in your RV, then this is the place for you
