I hired this company in Sept. 2009. They showed up four hours late and were hungover. They broke several things, including my great-grandmother's antique china cabinet. They only filled their truck halfway, presumably to ensure higher charges due to multiple trips. Toward the end of a very grueling and miserable day, they told me their credit card machine was broken and that I'd have to pay in cash! Then they attempted to tack on an additional 19% ""moving tariff""! Yeah, right! I paid the additional $75 ""stair fee"" and the $180 ""fuel surcharge"" just to get these crooks off my property. Despite several attempts to contact the company to complain, nobody ever returned my calls. Learn from my mistakes and find a company with some integrity. These guys have NONE. Buyer beware!
