Review content:
We were charged an unexpected ""fuel surcharge"" of $220 but were never informed about that fee. (The move was 10 miles total). Plus, we were charged for an extra hour. When we reserved the move, we were told only that an extra hour would be charged for any portion of an hour worked. The three men worked exactly 7 hours, yet we were charged for 8. Tired and caught off guard, we paid the fee. Later, when we realized that we had been overcharged, we tried for weeks to make contact. Finally, we were told that the owner would ""take care of it."" That was over a month ago. Yeah, I believe that!
