Company provided a good install and everything was fine. I was told the system I was leasing came with a full service program throughout the entire term of the lease. When my DVR quit working MS tried to get me to upgrade and start a new lease. I decided rather than start a new lease I wanted them to get the system I had been paying for working. They did not return my calls for weeks. Finally I applied a little pressure through the lease company. They called, picked up my DVR with a promise to get it repaired. That was the last I heard from them. They will not return my calls. They just stole my DVR and left me hanging in in the wind. I certainly consider myself screwed over by this company. Dan - AIoT
