Review content:
The property is very nice and the insides are very nice LOOKING. Granite countertops, nice carpet, nice beige walls, nice cabinetry. The apartments are very poorly put together though for the most part. There are spiders EVERYWHERE. I clean my apartment daily and all the cobbwebs daily and the next day they are back. SO no need to decorate for Halloween because it is done for you. The plumbing is not so great either. I flush water with one kleenex and it clogs. If you like ants, don't worry you will get them. It does not matter how much you clean them they will come back. They surrounded my empty sink. ALOT of dust. Upstairs balconies are FULL of dust as is the inside which builds up quickly. On 3 occasions now I have seen skunks. One almost sprayed me and I just ran to my apartment the whole way thinking I can't wait to get out of this place. When I moved in there were SO many nails, bolts, and screws I have stepped on about 15 occasions because maintenance was lazy or whatever. Doors are not properly sealed so energy costs are pointless to try and control. Stray cats everywhere too. So annoying when youre trying to relax and all you can hear are whining cats at your door who won't leave and you are scared to open the door because youre afraid they will run in and you are allergic to them. The only crime I experienced ever was people slashing tires randomly I believe. These things I think have room for improvement and can be fixed besides all the creatures running around. But do I see it happening?... I have doubts. Look around a little more before renting here. I wouldnt recommend it.
Pros: Beautiful apartments with many upgrades.
Cons: Nasty critters all over and poorly built
