I agree to some of the reviews for this store. Actually they don't have employees anymore, they are the owners, both the wife and the husband are so rude. They should not be running this store because they don't know anything about pianos and customer service.
The reason why this store is still in business it's because of the piano group lessons and now they added guitar lessons. How I wish people will realized especially the parents that cheap is not the only reason why you have your kids take piano lessons here. There are a lot of piano teachers in milpitas areas that charges less and they are professional piano teachers not just a bunch of teenagers or college students. It's a waste of your time and money. They don't even pay attention to the kids, they don't care....
This store 0 star..but i can't because i'm required to put a rating...which sucks!
