also, bouncer was not very clean... leaves, a popsicle stick, some candy wrappers, grass, etc. inside. But person setting up was professional and courteous, and bouncer functioned very well... no defects or problems at all.

Hi Alison, thank you for your review. As you know, all of our products are offered on a "first come, first served" basis. Planning your event 3-5 weeks in advance will result in a better chance of getting exactly what you want. I am sorry for the dirty unit. When units come back very late Saturday night from that day's rentals, we don't always have time to inflate and clean them. In those cases, the Sunday delivery driver will clean the unit on premises. The result is the same, but I definitely understand the perception that we brought a dirty bouncer! Thank you again for sharing your experience with us and we will see you next year!
