Review content:
While very nice and helpful, two years in a row, my bouncers were old and filthy. The first year, the blower was old heated up too hot, blew the fuse, and it came down on the kids mid party. when I spoke to Awesome Bounce, they offered me an xtra discount for my bouncer the next year. This one had better blowers, but was FILTHY which was exactly what I hated about bouncers. I probably wont use Awesome Bounce again. My friend has had better luck...but two strikes is all it take for me. Disappointed.

Hi Rachel, we're very sorry to hear of your negative experience with our company. We do make every effort to have all of our equipment sparkling clean and ready for each party we service. After evaluating the equipment that went to your location, we are somewhat perplexed by your response :-/ We also spoke to our driver and he confirmed the condition of the equipment both prior to and after your event. Nonetheless, we will review our procedures with our cleaning staff to be sure that everyone is performing their best. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and we wish you all the best.
