it was a pain at first because when the party started the bouncer would not stay up. So for the first 1 or 2 of the party i was playing with it and talking back and forth on the phone with the moon bouncer people to see what was the problem. your guy hooked up three power cords and failed to let me know that you could only hook up one power cord for the best results. then i end up paying a near by neighbor to use her power.. but the kids had fun once i solved the problem.

Hi Kyetona, I'm sorry to hear about this issue. All of our drivers go through a rigorous training process including a detailed manual and step-by-step training video (which is available online for easy review). In our training, we make it explicitly clear that we cannot extend a blower cord more than 100 feet. We apologize that this driver did not abide by that requirement, and will follow up with him to be sure that he's properly trained for the job. I'm glad that your neighbor was willing to help, although the blowers only run about $0.14 per hour to run, so I hope you didn't pay them too much ;-) Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we'll look forward to your next party!
