Review content:
I will not use this establishment again, the bounce house was supposed to be cleaned and disinfected. The person delivering it said he just brought it from another party the day before and there was no time to clean the item. This is not what I paid for!!!

Hi Daniel, we're sorry to hear of your negative experience with our company. All of our units are cleaned between each weekend. The units going out Sunday are touched up by the delivery staff upon delivery if needed due to the unit's late return Saturday night and early departure Sunday morning. If in those cases our driver does not adequately present the unit, we encourage the customer to call our office immediately so that we can instruct the driver to perform a cleaning on the unit. My sincerest apologies that your experience wasn't satisfactory.
