I came in with a piece I had framed several years ago. because the art was changing colors. Though I had let the person at the other frame shop know how important this was to me, I found out that it didn't have protective glass on it and it had cardboard in the back.
Though there was little we could do to bring the color back (without costing a lot from a restorer) , Joe help me re-frame it the right way. He chose colors in the mats to bring out the colors in the piece and used the right materials to slow down any deterioration. It looks so much better this way and it cost less then the other place and it is going to last. He sure won my business
