Hello, I am the Manager of this property that used to be called Forest Oaks. And the old reviews were right, this place was a dump. But my company specializes in buying mis-managed properties and turning them into really nice places to live. Not perfect, but nice. We have changed everything about this place in the year and a half that we've owned it, and we hope that you will come out to look and give us an opportunity to show you the differences. I, and my maintenance supervisor, and my leasing agent, are all proud to live right here onsite and call this home. Again, this is what we specialize in, and I believe we are great at our job. Please let us know if you would like to come see the ""new"" property that we've made out of the old one. We are now called Fayette Crossing.\r
