I have a little story to share with you. I was in need of tires. And was calling around for a price quote. When I came across your business over the phone on Friday. I spoke with a Jeff at the Cornelius NC. Location. He was so nice and respectful. I gave him a quote I got from another tire shop. He did not try to over sell me and offered to match the price of the competitor. Although they did not have the tires that day. He scheduled an appointment with me over the phone to ship the tires to their location by Saturday nearest to me. I had an 8:00 am appointment and was running a little late. But they asked for my name already had my last name in the system. Already had the price quoted over the phone no questions asked? Your facility was so clean. The chairs were so comfortable I actually took a nap. Free Coffee Tea. Nice clean bathrooms.. Popcorn to to snack on. Internet access. Even a kids play room. The staff was so kind that I now will go to Griffin Brothers for Service and Tires. I will even ask for advise on my car when needed! Great experience and love the tires. - Great Job done on 10/18/2010.
